Outlook stores its data in PST files; these files contain messages, contacts, tasks, notes, appointments, and journals. An additional feature of the program is an ability of storing the recovered data in separate files:
-Recovered messages are stored in eml files ( compatible with most mail clients, for example, Outlook Express ).
