This member of the AXPack1 Family depends only on the AXPack1 core DLL. It uses some VarDictionary collections from it which makes the data extracted from the DB easy to convert, clone and manage. SQLite COM is packed into the AXPack1 Family distributions and the applications may benefit of the combined strangth of the entire library.

While the component is based on the popular SQLite public domain source code it adds some features useful for Windows programming-such as OLE DATE type internal support functions, automatic type conversion of the internal data to directly usable VARIANT types.

Good SQL support. Supports triggers, indices, views, complex queries and joins. The component is fully independent of ADO, OLEDB, ODBC and so on. The DB interface is custom, but convenient and easy to learn. It resembles features from ADO' s GetRows and recordsets in a fashion that needs times less code than the traditional recordset based DB interfacces.

Combined use with Sprintf / Sprintf / SAprintf from StringUtilities object ( part of the AXPAck1 core-always available with SQLite COM ) makes the SQL statements generation easy and powerful.
